Data and Processing
After each cruise we treat files and other data with appropriate quality control measures, add metadata to it and hopefully make it available through the Northwest Association of Networked Ocean Observing System (NANOOS) Data Visualization web page. Ideally, our current and former students will be able to compare the data they collect in the field with numerical modeling results as well (see http://www.oceaninquiry.org/model.html for example visualizations). Stay tuned; we’re working to bring this part of our process along!
